Ballet-Barre Cardio

She keeps herself toned by doing a lot of physical activities. Her workout routine includes Ballet-Barre Cardio, which is a unique blend of ballet and cardio training.

It has been known to be an effective method of burning calories. And since she is an artist, the cardio’s artistic movements allow her to impart grace in her stance while targeting all her muscle groups. 

Swimming

Apart from the cardio training, Dakota loves to spend time in the water. That’s why her workout routine also includes swimming. It helps her calm the nervous system and is the secret to her flexible body.

Tennis

Besides inheriting her mom’s good looks, Dakota has also inherited her love for Tennis. Her mother, Heather Joy Arrington, was a tennis player, and Dakota seems to enjoy it a lot, too.

Also, when she is busy shooting and doesn’t have time for a workout, she takes as many walks as she can to keep herself active. For improving functional training, she performs lightweight training as well.

Dakota Fanning’s Diet

When it comes to food, Dakota doesn’t indulge in strict diet plans. Instead of restriction, she believes in moderation. She allows herself to eat whatever she wants and gives in to cravings every once in a while.

Speaking to Elle Magazine, Fanning revealed that she starts her day by taking a probiotic. 

“Our gut is where it all begins. It’s the foundation of our health and what comes through our skin. I swear by it.”

After finishing her workout, and cleansing and moisturizing with a serum and a lotion, she sits down for her breakfast.

Her breakfast includes porridge or avocado toast, scrambled eggs, and a fruit bowl. It is followed by a balanced lunch that consists of chicken, brown bread, vegetable soup, and nuts.

She ends her day with indulging in grilled fish, spaghetti, and a little dessert treat. Before bed, she has a bath, a ritual she has been following forever. And most importantly, she ensures to stay hydrated throughout the day.
