The World No. 1’s rise has come with trophies and earnings to match. Yet, Scottie Scheffler’s setting of his home life tells a different story. The two-time Masters champion settled into a quiet Dallas neighborhood with his wife in December 2020.
The residence sits north of downtown Dallas in the Devonshire area, an established neighborhood known for privacy and mature lots. Behind a circular drive, the house spans just under 5,000 square feet and includes five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
Built in 1946, it has been fully updated, and listings highlight a gas cooktop, double oven, wine cooler, wet bar, and a central fireplace that frames the family room.
The value of the home has climbed with the Dallas market. Estimated valuations now place the property near $3.2 million, while nearby sales have crossed the $2 million mark.
Outdoors, a half-acre lot holds a pool and spa with space for gatherings, reflecting a layout designed more for family living than gallery walls of memorabilia.
The house is minutes from one of his favorite fast-casual spots. In a video for Golf Digest, Meredith explained his approach to a Chipotle order.
“No, no, no, no, no—people always eat their Chipotle with a fork, but they use it like a spoon!” Scheffler himself said, according to People. “They spoon it, but with a fork. It doesn’t make any sense. Everyone else has got it wrong. I got it right with a spoon.”
For Scottie Scheffler, luxury is not display but precision and comfort. His Rolex pieces mark defining wins: the Submariner raised with major trophies, the “Root Beer” worn among Masters champions, and the collector-favored “Hulk” showing true enthusiasm.
